Equipment :

• 120 kw / 3 phase / 4 wire / 50 Hz ac vaporizer constructed with SA 516 gr 70 10mm thick. Plates, dish ends, a 106 gr. B nozzles & a105 wharf flanges.

• Terminal box : flame - proof type as per as is - 2148 gr

• Protection : IP 65

• Radiography : all t + 85% having 30 nos. Of 4 kw nut assembly. Each nut consist of 3 nos. Heating elements rated for 1333 w / 240 v & sheathed in incoloy 800 tubes. These nut assembly in turn housed in 2" nb schedule flange. there are two such flanges.
